Winthrop DPW working with the Winthrop Police will be cleaning up Winthrop Center tonight, Thursday January 29th starting at 8:00 PM.  They are trying to work around the businesses that are open but need to be able to clean out the center.  Please park in parking lots so they can expand the streets through snow removal.
