The Winthrop Town Council has asked the Economic Development Citizens Advisory Committee, the Transportation Committee, and TSAC to meet to discuss development and parking in the Center Business District.  The meeting is not scheduled but should be soon.  We will post when it is and Center Businesses are encouraged to participate.
