The following are activities you can expect to see over the next two weeks for the Winthrop Beach Nourishment Project:

 

Crest Avenue – Winthrop

Site preparation

Excavate for new parking lot extension

Excavate for lighting system

 

Winthrop Beach

Install rodent control traps

Construct truck entrance at Dolphin Avenue

Install fence on seawall

Remove and reset revetment along seawall

Deliver armor stones

Reconstruct Groin #3

Demolition of Concrete at Groin #4

 

Saugus – Rumney Marsh

Install erosion control wattle

Install fence at Bristow Street

Construct truck entrance at Route 107

Strip and Screen soil

Clear and Grub (tree and brush removal)
