CrossFit Tradewinds at 45 Crest Avenue is open for business!  We had a ribbon cutting with them and now there is a grand opening party on Saturday, January 16th from 10 AM to 2 PM.  Mary and Andrew will be hosting an open house from 10:00 to 11:00 AM.  At 11:00 AM they will be hosting a free community workout for all levels and after the workout Mary and Andrew will host a celebratory party open to everyone.  Mark your calendar for Saturday January 16th.  The link to their official facebook event page is:  https://www.facebook.com/events/980607225347554/980607232014220/
