Former Connecticut Congressman Bob Steele will be in Winthrop to discuss Connecticut’s experience with casinos.  The event will be at WCAT Monday September 29th from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM.  The Q & A forum is regarding how casinos affect small businesses and communities.
