The Winthrop Chamber of Commerce, Inc. is a dynamic coalition of local business professionals working in partnership with the town’s elected and appointed officials. Street Banners – The Chamber runs the very popular and highly visible Hometown Street Banner program. Members save $200 on this effective outdoor advertising opportunity. Throughout town, decorative street banners are hung from light poles with colorful Winthrop scenes. Advertisers are allowed two lines of text to be placed on the lower third of the sign. Each day, hundreds of people drive by – that’s thousands of eyeballs every week!

TELEVISION – New members are introduced at the Chamber

Ribbon Cuttings – Ribbon cuttings are a great way to celebrate your grand opening, expansion, or milestone with the Winthrop Chamber of Commerce. The Chamber helps organize the event, invites local officials, promotes it on social media, and brings the big scissors. It’s a fun and public way to introduce your business to the community and make a lasting first impression.
