The Winthrop DPW has asked us at the Chamber to post this update on recycle bins.

Due to the extreme weather conditions, some recycle bins were not swapped out. If you still have a bin with an “X” or a damaged bin, please call the DPW to get on the list to get a new bin swapped out. The DPW number is (617) 846-1341.  Thank you.
