PART-TIME MEMBER SERVICE  REPRESENTATIVE/TELLER:
A local financial institution located in East Boston is looking for a Part- time Member Service Representative (MSR)/Teller. This position will require the MSR to open and service accounts, originate consumer loans within established limits, and deliver other products and services to members of the financial institution. The MSR performs selling and cross-selling functions, serves as a Teller when required and performs a variety of clerical and support functions. The MSR directs callers to appropriate departments as needed and assists members with account problem resolution.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
High school education plus one to two years’ experience as a Teller and/or Member Service Representative in a financial services setting. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service and computer skills as well as some sales experience and a flexible work schedule.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills preferred.
