Due to incoming weather, Winthrop DPW will begin a Snow Emergency Parking Ban as of 8:00 AM on Tuesday, March 14th.  No trash pick-up on Tuesday.  Trash pick-up will be delayed one day for the rest of the week.

Winthrop Recycle Bin recall

Attention Residents RE- Recycling Bins

All Winthrop recycle bins need to be have a new body installed.  The recycle bin must be put out, whether full or empty, on your trash day starting Monday, February 6th.  New bins are staged for the replacement.  Help make this replacement easy – put out your bin this week on your trash day.
